Serena Landing's life was perfectly planned out. Still, the role of a vampire hunter had changed. They did more than just kill vampires--they also helped those who had been turned into vampires get back to their normal lives again. When Serena is bitten by a vampire, she and Jacob are thrown together and forced to be allies. As she attempts to get back to living a normal life, she introduces Jacob to a normal, human life. As she learns to live again, he learns how to live for the first time. Still, there is a plan brewing around them, and a normal life may not be the only thing they have to lose.

One night her parents are fighting and she hears someone had left the house from there her mother took her with her to California and had left her old home at San Antonio and moved with her mother to California. 16 years after christina is finally 22 and she had suffered from depression lately, but what happens when Matthews Dominic moves to her neighbors? Will he change her life completely? For the best or for the worst? What are the gifts of life?
