This story is loosely based off of Taylor Swift's song, "The Last Great American Dynasty". However, it follows a woman named Briar -whose character is based off of the woman at the end of the song- as she moves into Holiday House and begins to learn about the history of both the house, and the people who've lived in it through old journals and letters she finds in the library.
