Mushoku Kyōchikutō was born Blind. having never seen the world around him. he always dreamed of one day seeing the world around him. despite being blind he did have one friend. Minoru (Cid) Kageno. who dreamed about being the Eminence of Shadow. even in highschool they followed there dreams. sadly Minoru died with Mushoku dying soon after after being hit by a speeding car. the next thing Mushoku Kyōchikutō remembers is a horrible throbbing pain from where his eyes once were. even in this new world he was stripped of his dream of sight. having his eyes removed and a blindfold stitched into his face as a permanent reminder of that. Mushoku for the next 2 days started to learn magic and decided to use this to re-learn echolocation and expand on it. when he did this he slaughtered the people who took his eyes and ran. eventually finding a friend he thought long gone. Cid and Mushoku decided together they would create Shadow Garden. Cid being the leader and Mushoku being the scape goat. the one who will stand out and be in the room where it happens while helping "Shadow" in the Shadows.
