This is a typical japanese plate called ramen, which is very famous worldwide and is eaten everywhere. The ramen is a soup of noodles that include other ingredients like eggs, onion, roots, ginger and sometimes tempura, which is also a tipical japanese plate. The one in this picture I ate it in a japanese restaurant in the north of Cali, in a sector called Granda. The name of the restaurant is Bushido Ramen. It has a very good taste, so I recommend people to go eat it.
