"Titanus-Deus Sapiens" is a species of human-like creatures who ruled Earth during a time when the surface was covered in a high amount of radiation. They were stronger than any beast, faster than any jet, with power that dwarfed Atom bombs. But after the radiation levels of the earth began to lower, these creatures went into hibernation. How do I know? Well, I work for a multinational government-funded organization that has found these hibernating beings and has kept an eye on them, making sure humanity is safe from them. In fact, they are the reason why most people are unaware of them... At least until we made a mistake... When we awoke the King of these Monsters. A God in his own right...
