He hasn't seen her since she last battled him with Reshiram. First, he searches around Unova for her, wherever she may be, catching useful Pokemon along the way. When he finally finds her, he makes his confession and asks that she come with him on his journey. Touko has no idea how to respond. She hesitates at first, but eventually agrees to come with.
