Kyler has never been one to make good choices. When she was five she decided to try to become a mermaid overnight by sitting in the pool. It was winter and the water was easily 10 degrees. When she was found, she had to be rushed to the hospital to be treated with hypothermia. When she was thirteen, instead of ordering pizza to be delivered to her house, she took her brother's car thinking she could handle it. She had watched her brother and her dad drive so how hard could it be? The car ended up being totalled and her arm broken after a semi-minor car accident. So when she has to make the biggest decision she's had to make in her life, she's afraid. Because the wrong choice would destroy everything. (Each chapter will be named after a song)
