The first few poems I've written that I wanted to share

Melody and her boyfriend seemed like the perfect, typical and loved up couple. At least one of them is loved up, after Melody's boyfriend finds out her view on love things don't really end too well. The thing is Melody isn't really that bothered about how everything turns. After the day's events she decides to write a blog post about her evening to which she gets lots of comments, but one person stood out to her the most by someone called Loveisalie. The comment makes her feel very confused and leads to her thinking about something she never expected she would need to think about. She continues talking to this person as they help her through everything and they become VERY close.

You've heard her side of the story. And now... you'll hear theirs. They're the guys who contacted Mercedes Ayres for one reason: To lose their virginity. Maybe they heard a rumor about her services. Handsome Orlando, who might be hiding his true intentions behind a killer smile. And everyone in between. What happens in Mercedes' bedroom is supposed to stay there. But these guys are about to find out that it might be harder to keep the secret than they ever thought possible. Ten virgins. Ten stories. Ten weeks. Because before every first time, there's a whole lot of second guessing.

"How are you so sure about this?" "I have never been more sure about anything." He rolled his eyes. "Yeah keep rolling your eyes maybe you'll find a brain." When opposites attract, when fate's against you, there's not much you can do except escape. -------

"I love the sound of the rain. The feel. Even the taste. Most people find rain dreary, but when I hear the inviting pit pats on my roof, I know that happiness is right outside of my front door. Rain is my lullaby at night and my comfort in tough times. Rain is more than just weather, rain is my friend. Rain is the splish that lands on your forehead, that tells you "spring is here." Rain is the bouncing of water, but not just the bouncing. Rain is playing. Rain is jumping and leaping excitedly--and sometimes angrily. Rain is spilling onto my skylight right now, soothing me into a zen state of mind. Clearing my problems--diminishing them. Rain is the one that tells me "it's okay, I'm here." When rain is here, and it feels like lightning is striking me even though there is no lightning, rain makes the crack of thunder fade away. Rain makes me dance and sing and cry and every other possible thing I could do. Rain makes me contemplate, rain makes me romantic, rain makes me smile. Pit pat. The rain taps steadily on the skylight, slowly growing faster and faster. The sound evolving from a distant pitter patter to loud footsteps, now distinctly banging over and over, faster and faster, quicker and quicker. The rain is not just any of those things. The rain is me, and I am the rain."

When Kiki Wordsworth is told that she isn't really a Wordsworth, she gets caught up in finding out the truth. Its been never like a person is totally alone. He or she might have a friend or relatives to live further with and if neither any of them then the strangers they come across. And probably, they, the strangers, in some or other way becomes friend and soon to a far away relative. Similarly, the character in the book is alone but around the feelings and the past she can never forget. The character has the untold mystery that reveals in the end and all the sorrows that she had left behind.

Life is like a roller coaster ride it has it's ups and downs but twenty one year old Becca stenson's past few years were filled with bumps and downhills without a trace of happiness with the sudden demise of her family and her scarring foster life leaving a little hope for her to live. Being romantic is ok. But hopeless? That's another story. I was both when I met you. If it was a song, you were my biggest hit. A star that I always try to hold everynight. I want us to be real. It wasn't that much... But it felt a lot like love.

Dealing with life is hard but dealing with yourself is much more harder and unpredictable

Does what it says on the tin. This is a collection of shorts both fictional and non fiction, its up to you to decide which are the truth and which are not, is it one big story, one life mashed together, or is it just the ramblings of a writer who cannot get their head straight, the ramblings of a fictional or non fictional character? Am I telling my story, someone else's, or one completely made up? Time may tell... maybe.
