Peter knew something was going to happen when his Spidey senses started going off during class, but he didn't know what. Now he is being controlled by SHIELD for his intelligence. After all, it's not his brawn that they are after. Can he keep the the fact that he is Spider Man a secret from Fury or will the secrets start coming out. _________________________________________ This is my first ever story so please go easy on me. However, constructive criticism is encouraged. I do not own the characters or the cover picture. I only own the plot. My updates will be irregular. Warning there may be some swearing. I hope you enjoy it. Visualise Peter however you want to. I tend to see him not as any of the actors but just as I imagine he would be, but with the personality of the Ultimate Spider-Man. A lot of science stuff I will get from the internet so don't worry I'm not actually smart and a lot of it may be a load of rubbish. Also I apologise in advance if things aren't don't seem American enough because I'm English. *Warning there may be a bit of swearing* *Rated mature just because I'm cautious. I paused mid-sip, lowering my cup as I looked at him-silent, but completely focused. He had my full attention. "When you weren't there," he began, his voice barely above a whisper, "it felt like the pod all over again. You were my oxygen... but, I couldn't reach you. And it was killing me." I started writing this story a few weeks after the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2 finale. I kept thinking, Where could Jemma have gone? That one question sparked the entire idea. Eventually, I was drawn to one of the most iconic cities in the Marvel universe as the setting. I later realized others had similar theories or storylines-but just to be clear, everything I write comes from my own ideas and imagination. I don't copy or take from anyone else.
