Tris is homeschooled and doesn't have many friends. When she's not home focusing on school, she hangs out with her long time best friend, Christina. Christina goes to the public high school in their town and invites tris to a high school party. After begging tris do come, tris finally decides to join Christina at this party. Tris stands off in the corner most of the night while Christina hangs with her boyfriend, until she meets Tobias Eaton, a well loved popular quarterback at the high school. What happens when the two meet... what does it become?

Tris and Tobias have lost their mothers and have to live with Marcus, where they learn what pain means. Through it all they stay together and when choosing day comes they choose Dauntless together where they think things will be easier but of course those two aren't allowed to live easy lives. This is my first fanfic so it's probably not that good but I'm having so much fun writing so try it out, if you want to.

The Fault in Our Divergence leaves off at the end of the third book in the Divergent trilogy, Alliegent. Tobias is still struggling with the absence of his beloved Tris as well as trying to find out what he wants to do with himself in this new place he calls home. With the help of his friends (Old and New) he figures out what exactly he needs to do. The Fault in Our Divergence will have a slight crossover with The Fault in Our Stars in the end.
