After the Omni force event, the new Bens have been sent off to their new universes. This Ben has been sent to a new world, this one having suffered a massive WWIII. But from this loss a unique blessing was bestowed upon the people. In japan where an epicenter of a mass bomb occurred called the Black Spot, numerous people living there had gained unique abilities called Fractions. However a resistance had fallen and as the Hero Ben is, he was more than willing to partake in this battle. And also... to become a new sibling to a boy who lost his sister... and also a boyfriend to a metal shapeshifter who for some reason consumes a vile tasting energy drink. In order not to get overwhelmed, she writes on her journal notebook about her dreams. She believes that dreams are not true . . . that these are only meant in the deepest part of one's mind. However, an unknown someone appears in one of her dreams. That appearance does not end there. More appearances of the same guy follow. Abby thinks that what is happening in her dreams is weird. She knows that there is something strange going on. Is her mind damaged or is there someone behind this?
