Despite today's modern world, mental health is something which is still much of a taboo subject. Those who suffer from it are often too ashamed or embarrassed to talk about it and those who have never suffered from it lack the empathy and understanding to truly get where that person is coming from. This book, at time of starting, is being written by someone who has suffered from two decades worth of trials and tribulations leading to years of depression, anxiety and now, a psychotic episode.
