Perfection. Everyone wants it. You can try to resist it, talk yourself out of it, but we all fall under its spell eventually. We want it. We need it. It seems so simple, so innocent. You'd think that perfection makes us complete. But paired with our insecurity and human nature, it can bring us our own destruction. Why do we so desperately want what we cannot have? Why can't we see the truth in the mirror, rather than the shroud we've conjured over it? Because those aren't really our thoughts. Those aren't really our eyes. We watch the reflection through the eyes of society and long for something that will forever be out of our reach. There is no such thing as perfect time, but that doesn't stop us from seeking it. So what happens when your search for perfection goes too far?

[WATTYS 2015] Perfect. Our human nature goal. It's our want. It's our need. We want the perfect appearance, the perfect family, the perfect career, the perfect husband or wife, everything has to be perfect. But what exactly is perfect? Who creates the rules that would make something perfect? Society does, we do, we are the creators so can we change it? Because it is perfect by the book.

The people worth keeping are the ones who stay, but what if no one does? The thoughts of a girl who pushes everyone that comes close to her away, and doesn't stay long enough to see how they retaliate, Will there be anyone left to fight ? Jaiden King isn't the type of person who walks into a room full of people and wonders if they like her. Shes the type of girl who'd rather be colour blind then see the rainbow, because then at least she'd be able to tell if the pictures been tampered with. She has a personality that lets her fall from mountain tops with an ease that it would seem she was only sleeping peacefully in her bed. A mind set that would allow her to laugh at the corrupt world as she burnt it to the grown and blew away the ashes. This would be her reality, if only she hadn't forgotten how to laugh. She lived by her own motto. One for when your arms grew longer. Her motto; hold everyone at arms length, that way they cant scratch a mark onto your heart...and when they leave , well, there won't be pain to cure anyway.
