What happens when a mindless drone develops free will? This is the question posed in this short story I wrote for the origin story of a character of mine. I think it turned out alright. You thought this was going to be some sort of melodramatic and cliche description? You were wrong. And yeah, that was blatantly intentional. So be it.

The big question is this: Does God choose some for heaven and others for hell or does man choose or reject God by virtue of his freewill?
