A true story from a distant time in my life. I don't want to glorify any way of living or thinking. This is only a glimpse into a daily existence of the sort most people will never know. While from the outside, it all may seem kind of grimy , at the time, this life was the only life we knew. Some names and details have been altered to exclude and protect the innocent.

Olivia gets overwhelmed and has a bad day. Actually, two bad days. But don't worry, she's got a protocol for when things get bad that totally works. Except when it totally doesn't. Takes place in season 4 after Westfield. TW/CW: Neurodivergent meltdown. I've always head-cannoned the season 4 Olivia as neurodivergent. I am too. This is based on my personal experience of meltdowns. Everyone experiences meltdowns differently, this is how mine typically go. This is my first fic, all! I've been worried about posting it since it is based on my own experiences but I'm sleep-deprived which is somehow giving me courage. I welcome constructive criticism but please be gentle.
