Dahyun was an idol... She was one of the members in Twice. Her group was among the most popular artists in the world of pop. Everyone knows her as a happy go lucky and bubbly type of person and she always smiles at everyone. However, behind her cheerfully smile, no one knows that she had been hiding hundreds of sadness. No one knows that she was struggling with her own personals life. She feels that she was living in the darkness... If there was light she was the shadows. But what happens when she met someone that totally lives in the darkness of the world, in the darkness of the shadows. I wrote most of these due to teenage years being a B-word and because I was depressed and stress and just general frustrated. Some of these poems can get a bit too dark to be written by an 18 year old but I guess that's just life. I also wrote these cause I was super frustrated, and most of these might get a bit mature but I would like honest feedback if some of my poems are terrible if possible so, please enjoy.

The depths of the oceans can no longer hold me back. Through the valleys I have already travelled with profound joy in my heart and a skip in my step. I am present in the now and living out His will for me. Through creativity, I believe we will find our individual ways of expression and a release of desperation, hurt and fear amongst other feelings. A poem about boredom

The island of Letha was once the centre of the mighty Lethan empire, but the empire collapsed three and a half thousand years ago, leaving nothing but dust and bad memories. There are still islanders though, people who call themselves Lethan and who are proud of their heritage, one of whom is Breth, the harbour master. Fear and frustration can make people act in very strange ways, and when Breth is faced with the choice of seeing his daughter die, or seeing his homeland die, or very likely, both, he does not know what to do or which way to turn. This is an almost-standalone short story which is very sad in parts. There is only one overlapping character featuring in other stories. Note that the cover image does not belong to me.
