In the year 2100, a collection of planets have come together to form 'Dynamic Patrol' spread out across the universe, essentially making up a space police force with members of each team being selected by their planet for being the bravest, strongest, or most intelligent among their people. Starting on Earth, Tommy began his brief career as a new protector. But after hearing about an attack on his home world, he opted to return and work to find out just who bombarded his planet. In addition to the other obstacles, the attack on Omeocoon essentially sets the inhabitants back in time. A long time ago humanity went extinct on planet Earth, due to a horrible war that no one saw it coming. Many years later up in space it a space station carrying four last remaining humans, but these humans are military experts with years of training. They made a come back on Earth but upon return they discovered the planet has new species like never before. But that didn't stop them from their mission, to reclaim Earth back to humanity.

Reinbokuru lived on his planet for about half of his life, when he was 21, he got into an incident and after, he received a gift from a mysterious entity, he accidentally teleports somewhere which is not his lovely planet he is familiar with, it's another planet but in the same solar system he is but he meets a new friends which changes his life forever...

This force has an aura filled with anger, revenge, and sadness; it seems to seek to destroy all life on Earth and... "start over". All beings on Earth are unaware of this change, all except for one, the Sea Goddess. In hopes to stop this evil entity, the Sea Goddess has reached out to mermaid kind from other worlds and dimensions. However, they do not know about Earth the same way beings that live there would. Therefore, she granted blessings to Earth dwellers to transform into mermaids so that they may help protect their home. This story follows the events that take place when two girls, Tibby and Kaiya, are transformed into mermaids and learn what it truly means to love Earth and protect it. Though, they cannot do it alone for they have much to learn about living life within the sea. They will make many friends in their journey, and hopefully, together, they can all save the Earth from total extinction.
