Itadori did it. He somehow managed to get his best friend and long-time crush, Fushiguro Megumi, to fall in love with him. It wasn't easy, there were a lot of days of pining and misunderstandings and failures (embarrassing failures). Now he's faced with a new challenge: A perfect first date. __ The date he planned was simple, not too elaborate because that wasn't really Fushiguro's cup of tea. They would go to a café in the early afternoon, then walk around the city (maybe even at a park? Itadori would love to see Divine Dog again) before ending the date and getting an early dinner at a nice restaurant. A lovely, cute, simple date to start as the first chapter in their relationship. The dog is running to the road, Megumi is several meters behind it, sure that he's never going to reach it in time, but, by God, he will try, and then something else happens. Itadori stood confused for a moment, trying to figure out what kind of surprise was planned that needed to happen in his dorm room. Not to mention, it wasn't very clean. Fushiguro stood before an overly decorated cake and every single student and staff member from the school beaming at him. This was to be expected, another year of Gojo smiling down at him with a camera in his face while everyone Fushiguro ever knew standing around him. Itadori was standing at his side, flush against his shoulders, smiling as if he were the entire world. It made him blush, standing under that gaze, wondering if there were ever a time where he wasn't so far gone for the boy next to him. Overall, it was a nice party.
