Sad Sundays is my weekly space to share melancholic poetry, words that help me navigate the stillness, the weight, and the quiet storms of recovery. Each Sunday, I post a new piece that I've written, using poetry to process my journey through detox and rehab, to face the difficult parts of healing, and to find meaning in the silence. Every poem is written by hand with help from the Rhymezone platform. This series is as much for me as it is for anyone who finds comfort in knowing they're not alone on their gray days. I will eventually try to tie most of my work together into a larger piece, but first and foremost, this will function as a collection of my writings while I am going through detox. Zur Weihnachtszeit werde ich immer etwas poetisch und schreibe gern Gedichte. Ein paar von ihnen sind schon etwas älter. Ich hoffe, sie gefallen euch.

Eine Sammlung von Gedichten und Zitaten meinerseits.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal versucht, Gedichte zu schreiben, und kam dann bald in einen Fluss, in dem ich einzelne Zeilen schrieb, die ich für sich alleine schön fand, und die im ganzen mehr einen verschwommenen Gefühlszustand beschreiben als ein konkretes Ereignis. Vielleicht findet jemand daran Gefallen.

Just random thoughts of my daily life

little collections of my late night thoughts, some in English, some in German, whatever my mind does Kleine Sammlung meiner spontanen kreativen Eingebungen. Mal auf Deutsch, mal auf Englisch, ganz so wie es sich eben ergibt.

Wenn ich nicht weiß, wie ich etwas sagen soll, dann schreibe ich. Und die Worte fliegen mir zu.

Songs are very short, but hey they tell stories as well and sometimes a single song tells more than a book with 1000 pages. So these are some of my songs. I hope you enjoy them. Yeah I write songs even though they may suck, but everyone needs a hobby and this is mine.
