"Yhianna" is the kind of girl who walks into a room loud, laughs at her own jokes, and acts super confident. But inside she's a mess of overthinking. Every text, every glance, every "what did that mean?" plays on loop in her head. She's lively and awkward at the same time, the type who trips over her words but still owns it.
Then there's "Andrew". He's the opposite. Quiet. Peaceful. The kind of boy who listens more than he talks and makes everything around him feel calm. He doesn't stand out on purpose, but that's exactly what draws Yhianna in.
It's the first week of senior high school A fresh start for everyone. New classrooms, new routines, new chances. For Yhianna, it's also the chance to finally deal with the feelings she's been dodging. She's liked Andrew for a while now, but her brain won't shut up
So she makes a decision. Instead of spiraling, she's going to actually try. She'll push past the awkwardness, stop assuming the worst, and figure out once and for all. If Andrew feels the same way.
The problem is, Andrew is hard to read. And the more Yhianna tries to be brave, the more her overthinking tries to pull her back.
Now, in this new chapter of school, Yhianna has to learn how to be honest with herself before she can ever know if there's something real between her and Andrew.
