After the explosion and going back to earth, shadow gets taken in just like sonic, tails, and knuckles, though he feels he doesn't fit. Pieces of his past don't make it any easier for him either, causing him to lash out or seem out of it. The longer shadow is there, the gang starts so worry. Even sonic does. Sonic and shadow start to grow a bond, and it only gets stronger as sonic begins to understand shadows past in detail and help him heal the wounds within shadow. Will sonic be able to help shadow? Will sonic and shadow's bond grow into something more?
