Hunger is a ghoul’s worst enemy, while it’s also their best weapon. They black out causing them to do things they never would do, no remorse, no pity, no disgust, no restraint. Ghouls aren’t ugly, in comparison to humans. But then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They look like humans, speak like humans, and sleep just how humans do. However, the way consume is far more different then how mere mortals do. Unlike ghouls, who sink their teeth into living [or once living] creatures, humans are neat and won’t think twice about cooking perfectly good raw meat.
