Ana is that friend. She is boy obsessed to the point that she has completely driven her best friend, Isabel away. Isabel can't help, but feel that the entire situation is her fault. She sets out to remake herself in hopes of impressing Ana or maybe just proving her point. However, things go complete awry. Everything changes for these two friends in this short, one shot story.

-Book 1 of the questioning it series- I've never really thought myself as a "lesbian" I kinda just thought myself as very affectionate towards girls. I never really questioned my sexuality until I saw her. She was my next door neighbor and damn was she hot, I couldn't stop looking at her. She was so beautiful, she had long wavy brown hair, and marvelous blue orbs that looked like the ocean, her body was an hour glass figure, her smile shined like the sun. I could remember that day so clearly it was the best day of my life. I had met my first crush and my first love on that day and of course it was the day I asked myself if I was a lesbian.

Julia is an independent woman of nature. Once she had someone who was exactly like her in every single way, but now it is safe to say for her she has no one that is like her. Julia used to have a twin sister called Marnie. A teacher-student love story.

Waking up from a coma can be, to say the least, stressful. But when you've been walking through oblivion, figuratively of course, for four days, you want to live life to the absolute fullest. Nothing can stop you now. Except a pair of ill functioning legs. You volunteered in Haiti to help children learn to read and write. You were suddenly called out to help an emergency situation after some local violent tribes attacked the villagers. It was too far and too full of forest to drive or walk, so you took a plane. The plane went down. You landed in an open land dense with high grass. Almost everyone was injured and it was about a day before you were rescued. Two other volunteers died before we were rescued. Eight were injured. Three others were in a coma, like you. Sadly, two went missing. The last five were lucky enough to escape with a few scratches, bruises and bumps. Sadly, you were the only one to not go brain dead in the coma. "The Lucky One" they called you. But you're legs aren't functional, and you live just to know that many lives were lost and you could've helped them. In case you didn't know, you're also an EMT. Now you have to overcome all odds to continue to your not-so-normal life, with a few added twists.
