Is it a book? Is it a blog? It's a random collection of thoughts and feelings wrapped up in a messy but honest account of one girl's struggles with anxiety and agoraphobia. This book has something for everyone. If you do not share these struggles why not broaden your understanding of the 1.3% of the U.S. population who battle this disorder. We are just over here fighting our way through the smallest of things that others likely take for granted but we appreciate those small things unlike anyone else.
