I'll be the first to admit I'm terrible at nonfiction. I don't care how many A's I get, I don't enjoy nonfiction/academic writing in the least and don't think I'm very good at it. For this paper, we had to pick an author and analyze three of their books from a linguistic standpoint. I didn't understand what I was doing, I forgot to re-read, I winged it...and got an A. If I didn't know this professor was very good at sticking to the letter of the law, I would think he was crazy.

Hi! I'm Angeline, a first-year law student up at Cornell. With casebooks thicker than my legs, moot court, memos and the like, the creative within me gasps for life. So, I'm trying to write a little something every day, whether musings about law school, my (unique) apartment, or random stuff. I welcome comments and criticism. :)

Alex is a brilliant physicist - and flirt - working at a prestigious quantum computing firm in Silicon Valley. Aurora is a pretty, driven, college graduate starting her Ph.D. in applied math at Berkeley. She was looking forward to settling down into her new, quiet life on the West Coast, that is, until she runs into Alex - again. Former college classmates, lab partners, and sources of great annoyance to each other, tensions run high as Aurora and Alex try to navigate the mine field of emotions and their past disastrous love lives. ---------- A message from the author: Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy reading "A Formula for Love" as much as I am enjoying the writing process. I plan on updating the book once a week (probably around Friday or Saturday). Also, in case some of my previous readers are wondering, I've actually taken down a bunch of chapters because I plan on adding some more content and rearranging the order of events a bit.

ETA: 08/02/2020 - Eh, I'm making a fanfic outta this, under my oonaseckar / gothicmork IDs. It works better. Janna isn't a werewolf. So what? Should that prevent her taking a werewolves-only advanced module that will give her a leg-up to the graduate school advanced degree of her choice? That's discrimination, right? There has to be a law against it... So she goes to discuss the issue with the course professor: Dr Shane Woodlock. Hot, cultured, brilliant: and a wolf. This is my second poetry book. Book 1 is published on Amazon.com and is called "Out of the Abyss". This collection of poems shows my life at a time when everything was going well and then it wasn't. A lot happened between 2009 and 2012. Every book of poetry I put together, my hope is that my words will help someone else with their lives; to make a difference. The cover is a sun and moon meaning the circle of life and a symbolic version of the title because after all, everything in life is like calling to like. ***All rights reserved © 2012 by Olga Pinsky***
