~HIGHEST RANK #15~ When Charlotte's father dies, she travels to London to seek employment, to save her family from destitution. Once hired temporaryly by the wealthy and ill Lady Wellington, Charlotte becomes curious about her only son, Edmund who joined the militia several years prior without returning home until Charlotte writes him a letter telling him of his mother's failing health. It isn't long until Lady Wellington begins playing matchmaker in hopes of finding a bride for her son to no avail. When suddenly Charlotte receives a letter from her mother telling her that her brother was injured in an accident and can no longer farm the land. Charlotte terrified of her family's welfare announces that she must return home to help her family possibly move. Once Charlotte returns home she gets a distressing letter that sends her back to the Wellington Estate . When she returns Edmund proposes unexpectedly, offering a marriage of convenience, which seems to be the answer her families prayers until a secret is discovered that could destroy everything that she holds dear. In our modern world, we put celebrities on pedestals and we take great pleasure in ripping them down. Its not all about palaces, fast cars and a lot of money, it is a 'gilded cage'. And anything we do, its not for yourself, its about supporting the family and ultimately making yourself seem worthy of the tax payers money. And for prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex to say, "I'm stepping back, I don't want to be a royal anymore", is an enormous slap in the face for the royal family as an institution itself. And by this decision we'd never know if there's a supportive grandmother or an angry monarch, behind the doors of Buckingham Palace. Taking Harry out of the royal family, means taking the jewel out of the crown itself! Harry's decision to quit the royal family, is a shocker to the global audience, it is clearly dropping a bomb in the lap of the queen. And then suddenly we get to know nobody in the royal family knows this beforehand, before the announcement was made. Is it some kind of a show put up? a drama? or is the royal house of Windsor really in chaos and struck in the ravages of family scandals? We'll never know if the brothers are butting their heads, or the queen or the next heir to the throne are not happy with Harry marrying an American icon and actress, fearing the days of Diana would return, or the in-law sisters don't get along much, we could never tell for sure. But, we shall now try to bring out the possible reasons into light, 'Why did the people's prince and a celebrated American actress want to quit a luxurious life, when they were a global sensation and power couple? All we know for now is that it didn't end well.

We all know what happened on the night from the 30th to the 31st of August in 1997, or do we? This is the perspective of Trevor Rees-Jones, who was with Lady Diana in the car on the night she died. || This is pure fiction! I just can't quite believe, that it was just an accident. There are so many parts of the story that don't add up. So here's a little speculation of what actually happened that fateful night. ||

Icy RIvalry is a cartoonish, character-countries take on the events of the Cold War. Each country is a character with their own personality. I tried not to make them too stereotypical but still connected to the country they represent. I'm trying to write this story so everyone of any age can read this, but it'll be hard for some events.
