This book is best read in dark mode, Rockwell font, and smallest letter option. You don't have to read with this format specifically but its just a suggestion.

Alex is a twelve year old kid who has lived his whole life in the split city of Alteronterrace. Split cities like Alteronterrace are separated into levels according to social standing. Split cities generally have ten to fifteen separate levels, and Alteronterrace is no exception. It is divided into thirteen levels, and depending on your social standing, life there can range from a perfect Utopia to a life worse than hell. In the upper levels of the city, crime is virtually non-existent, but the further down you go on the ladder of hierarchy, the worse things get. The bottom level is by far the worst of the thirteen. No matter the time of day, at ground level in Alteronterrace, there is no light. In addition, level one is the only level with direct access to Ground-Zero. Ground-Zero is a literal cesspool in all of the worst ways. It is not counted as a true level because its only inhabitants are criminals and those many unfortunates who do not have the money to pay the annual protection fee to the government. Ground-Zero is where the cities convicted criminals are sent. Thieves, murderers, and rapists are all inhabitants of Ground-Zero, and a single slip-up with the law could result in banishment to Ground-Zero. Alex lives on level one, and knows better than anyone the repercussions of crime. After losing his father to the pit, as it is called by anyone on level one, he is left to care for his younger brother and his alcoholic mother. But when a snitch rats him out to the Enforcers, he finds himself thrown into a punishment worse than death...

Hibiki Tsuneo lived a seemingly glamourless and normal life in a world where Ajin's were feared all over the world. Years had gone by since his self-discovery and his life seems to be on track until he's knocked into the direction of a moving vehicle and his secret is out for the world to see. During the next crucial hours in hiding, he stumbles upon a portal leading to a completely different universe, a world divided by heroes and villains, and superabilities known as quirks. Finally, he is able to wander without the fear of being hunted down. But will he fit in and become a hero, or will there be more trouble lurking the shadows of this foreign universe? And out of Hibiki Tsuneo and Katsuki Bakugou, who will be the first to drive the other over the edge? - I saw a couple of these and wanted to create 'X Ajin!Oc' myself. However a heads up, this is more a platonic/rivalry relationship between the two main protagonists of this story so sorry to disappoint. Any constructive criticism for spelling, grammar, punctuation errors is appreciated as well as comments for inaccurate canon info I may put down. Disclaimer: Bookcover was created by me using images from Pinterest via FireAlpaca. This is a FANFICTION, meaning this isn't a canon to My Hero Academia so calm down. All characters, canon plot and anything to do with My Hero Academia belongs to Kohei Horikoshi, the same with Ajin: Demi-Human belonging to Gamon Sakurai. My Hibiki belongs to me, don't pick on my child.
