a collection of thoughts i probably would not say out loud. things i notice about people. things i miss. things i pretend not to care about. opinions no one asked for. questionable decisions. memories that come back at inconvenient times. tiny existential crises. movies that changed my brain chemistry. songs i have accidentally built entire personalities around. i write about growing up, love, loneliness, identity, creativity, friendships, strangers, being perceived, being misunderstood, wanting everything and sometimes wanting nothing at all. mostly, i am interested in people and why they do the things they do. the conversations we replay in our heads. the people we wonder about long after they have left. the strange little moments that somehow end up meaning everything. somewhere between a diary and a conversation with someone i have never met. written anonymously because some thoughts are easier to tell strangers. consider this the table in the back of a cafe that probably does not exist, where the conversation gets a little too personal.

They told us eighteen was the age of freedom. For my generation, it's the expiration date. At 11:57 PM, I was a boy holding his girlfriend's hand in a sterile hospital room, looking at our newborn son. At 12:00 AM, my heart would explode, just like my parents' did six years ago.

Every summer, Julian's parents put him on a plane to Sicily. Every September, they brought him back. In the hill town of Santa Caterina Villarmosa, he wandered the streets alone at nine years old, watched old men in the piazza understand something about living that he couldn't yet name, and learned from his grandmother's hands that love was something you made with care and placed in front of people and trusted them to feel. Then he came home to Beachmont, to the kitchen table rules, to the Sicilian immigrant household where feelings were liabilities and appearances were everything, and the boy who knew the difference spent the next twenty years forgetting it.

Some thoughts are too small to become stories, but too persistent to be ignored. My Quiet Kind of Thoughts is a collection of personal reflections about the things that quietly occupy our minds-love, attraction, memories, growing up, people we once knew, and the questions we don't always have answers to. No grand life lessons. No perfect conclusions. Just thoughts. Some are about things I've lived through. Some are things I'm still trying to understand. And some might simply be questions you've asked yourself too. This is me putting those thoughts into words, one at a time. Welcome to my quiet corner of the internet.

I don't own anything but the plot. Everything goes to Rick R. the amazing author of Percy Jackson. Everyone has a necklace or in other words, locket. The only thing about the locket is that it's only half of a heart and for each pair its own original color and edges. The other half of the locket is with your soulmate. Now, inside the locket is the first name of your soulmate. At first it's going to be one shots but a few chapters in, its will flow more easily. Will be/have: Annabeth with a eidetic memory ( it's where she remembers everything from what she sees to what she reads - like Olive from ANT Farm), music, Percy on the swim team, and take place in high school & college. Sorry if I'm bad at descriptions. https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12846423/1/Lockets

Inside this book, is every poem I've written in the past year. Which people apparently love to read. Give it a try if you want, but this is how i survived most days and it means a lot to me. Inside you'll read poems I've shown to friends and poems I have only shown one other person. I'm putting my heart (literally. no seriously literally don't drop it now) in your hands.

Some stories are told through memories. Others are told through poetry. In Life's Poems of One Journey. One Purpose. Surviving. Healing. Becoming. Thriving. Every poem is a step along the path from brokenness to healing, from silence to self-discovery, and from merely surviving to truly living. Born from life's deepest valleys and brightest moments of hope, this collection invites readers into an intimate journey of love, loss, resilience, faith, identity, and transformation. These poems give voice to the emotions we often struggle to express-the ache of grief, the weight of rejection, the courage to forgive, and the quiet strength found in choosing yourself again and again. At the heart of this collection is the enduring influence of a love that continues to guide, comfort, and inspire long after life's seasons have changed. Through heartfelt reflections and powerful imagery, the poems reveal that healing is not about forgetting the past but embracing it as part of the story that shapes who we become. Whether you are overcoming heartbreak, living with invisible battles, grieving someone you love, searching for purpose, or learning to embrace your own worth, these pages will remind you that your story is still unfolding. Even in your darkest moments, hope remains. Even after your greatest losses, beauty can bloom. More than a book of poetry, this is a companion for anyone learning to heal, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and a celebration of the strength that emerges when love leaves an everlasting imprint on the soul. You may recognize pieces of your own story in these pages. And by the final poem, you may discover something even more powerful: the person you've been searching for has been within you all along.
