Alice Sophia Ackerman Sanderford is the daughter of British Home Secretary and member of parliament Catherine Sanderford. With London being target of several terrorist attacks her mother, in charge of national security wants to push for the deployment of British troops into the Middle East and boost national security and allow the government more surveillance. Many are not amused by the proposition and Catherine becomes a target which puts Alice at risk. When Alice is given the handsome William Montague as her protector, she is not happy as she feels it is unnecessary since her relationship with her parents isn't exactly close and her existence is hardly known. However only time will tell what will happen when the attraction they both feel for each other grows along with the amount of danger Alice is in.

How does Prince Harry's life turn out when he meets a woman that isn't like the others? He wants to protect her when she can protect herself. A fearless woman who couldn't care less about what he is but who he is. Harry just hopes history doesn't repeat. I don't know a lot about him personally. I have a crush on him and he seems nice, but I don't know his life story. This is my first fanfic so I tried, but I just feel awkward about it right now. Please don't forget to comment and vote. If the West Wing were to return to television tomorrow, this could be the next season.

Joe Slattery is retired and lives on his own in Schuylkill Township, Pennsylvania, a rural, off-the-beaten-path part of the state. As events transpire, these tangled lives - Joe, the young man who was shot, the local sheriff - try to move forward from tragedy to hope. The story is narrated by a third person voice.
