Z'airee was a caretaker at a old people's home and he took care of many patients. The only thing was that it happened to be one of the few nursing in homes in NYC. So many patients wounded up from the hood where many of the patients were from different gangs. Z'airee wasn't supposed to have favorites but he always had this particular one.. Mr. Sinaloa.
