Laurens is alone after his parents died. He's fighting the desire to die himself. He's given up. Alex has been alone since a young age. He wants to get out. He needs out. The two of them are transferred to an orphanage in New York City. Little do they know that they can help each other. - This might not be entirely factual, give me a break. Imagine if Alexander Hamilton, a boy homeschooled his entire life (despite the lack of a home), had finally enrolled into the school of his dreams? During his first day of King's Academy, he meets John Laurens, a popular and loved student. After their second encounter, their relationship develops. On the other hand, there's Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de La Fayette (A mouthful I know), better known as just Lafayette. He's a transfer student from France and has a bit of a frustrating time understanding American customs. Still, he's learned quite enough to make practically everyone swoon for him. Including the brute, Hercules Mulligan. (I'll be completely honest, I have no idea what I'm doing. I'll try to upload a new chapter every Friday or so, but no promises.
