The time came for the sacrifice of the fearless to be killed, and they leaders chose Max. Max gets so scared of dying, he runs. He doesn't know where but he runs. When he meets Nicole, he falls in love. They keep their love a secret, and only meet once-They know they cant meet today, but they can meet tomorrow, in the one place no one would dare to look-The hanging tree.
