003, aka "Dahlia Pierce," broke out of the labs when she was only 13. The experiments that were done on her caused her to gain control of the world surrounding her. Her ability to manipulate matter itself unparalleled. Anything and everything surrounding her is hers to play with even the weather itself. Her other abilities include viewing memories of the people around her, hijack or "puppet" the mind of anyone in the world she sought to control, and sense the energy of those with supernatural abilities.
