What really happened to the Rosiers? The famous and respected family was decimated after the first wizarding war. As members of the infamous Sacred 28, they were supposed to be remembered forever, indefinitely. However, without many of them left, people began to disregard the remaining Rosiers, writing them off as a family that would become a part of history after the final few died. During the war, there were many Rosiers, however many were killed by either side. In the family closest to the war, the fall was most pronounced. One child had been banished long before, and returned in order to claim his place as heir, one followed in his family's footsteps and ended up dead, and the other had forsaken them all before the war ended, choosing her own path and detaching herself from her family. Follow Evanna and Finnick Rosier in their journey through life, battling hardships such as prejudice, family conflict, tension in friendships and the complications of relationships. This fic begins at the start of 5th year and follows a group of certain students sorted into Slytherin. While some important plot points of the original Harry Potter series will be included I am not concerned with following it exactly as this fanfic is written with the purpose of telling the story of people not focused on during the series. I would like to add that this doesn't end the same as Divergent does so... After the Wizarding world was destroyed, all of the wizarding world was forced to split into four categories. Gryffindor for Bravery, Hufflepuff for Loyalty, Ravenclaw for Intelligence, and Slytherin for Ambitiousness. You choose what house you're in There are people who fit into none of the categories, those are called Dragonheart, known for Rebellion. Any Dragonhearts need to be eliminated. You do a pre-choosing test with a sorting hat the day before the ceremony. After the ceremony, you go to the designated side of the city for your category and begin training.
