His eyebrows raise at that, he'd heard of her family. God, practically everyone in Panem had heard of her family. Because every time a Blessing child had volunteered for the Hunger Games, they didn't just win - they entertained.

Esmeralda Theo, a young girl from district 12, won the 66th Hunger Games; being the second youngest to ever win.
