'Unwanted' is a story I am working on about a girl, who grew up in the Foster Care System. Her parents were teenagers when she was born & her grandparents forced them to give her up, at least until she got older. At age 14 she has been in 7 different foster homes & still believes she will never find a loving family until she finally has one, & she finally finds her parents. Hopefully it will be a great turnout.

Hope, a four-letter word with so much meaning in it. A word that made some people believe that there is beauty in every tragedy, and I am one of them. Sino nga ba ang taong ni minsan hindi umasa? Sino ba ang taong ni minsan hindi sinabi sa sarili na magiging okay din ang lahat sa kabila ng halos walang humpay na pagakabigo? Ikaw, ni minsan ba hindi ka umasa? Kung oo, saan ka kumakapit kung ganoon? Kung walang katiting na pag-asa sa puso mo, ano ang nag u-udyok sa iyo na magpatuloy sa agos ng buhay? I always ask myself how people give up easily without acknowledging hope when it is the one that is giving them a glimpse of a better future ahead of them. Hindi nakakatakot umasa, mas nakakatakot ang mawalan ng pag-asa sa kabila ng madaming dahilan para umasa. But what if the person who was once full of hope will lose it in the process of hoping? Are you willing to ride in her High Hopes and bring it back to her? Or, you will create other High Hopes to replicate the Hopes that she let go? Are you willing to stay by her side, or just like what she did to her hopes, you will also let her go?
