This injury is very serious. It causes sudden, severe pain always. Dislocations are much more serious than simple sprains. Dislocations usually happen due to powerful external forces. This force comes from sports injuries often. It can come from a hard fall too. Any joint in your body can dislocate easily. However, some joints are much more common problem sites. The shoulder is the most common site due to its high mobility. Getting quick medical help is crucial. It minimizes the risk of nerve or ligament damage.
