Ending up in foster care at fifteen, with nothing but a family that put her there, Valerie's life suddenly wasn't so perfect anymore. She had to live a life that her father had made an effort in trying to shield her from. She started to change. Change into a person she knew no one would choose to care about. The day she turned 18, she was left to take care of herself with a bit of money in her hand and information about a shelter she could stay in. Her new life was on the streets. And so it stayed for a month until she met Alice. Alice took Valerie in, cared for her, and got her to try and see life in the way she used to. But there's a lot of things that can go wrong when you're best friends with a prostitute and has a habit of pissing off her clients.
