That day, if he had truly felt no pity for the little girl, he would have told his elves to send her away. Give her up to the closest civilization they could find. Not bothering to concern himself with the problems of a mortal child. But that day in particular, King Thranduil did in fact feel it. Pity for the loss the child had endured and survived. And so, the King then made his decision. He did not order his elves to send the child away. Instead, ordering that she would remain in halls of Mirkwood. Set in the magical world of Middle‑Earth, Gems and the Rings tells the tale of the royal Elven family of Lothlórien. It begins when Gil‑galad inherits the powerful Rings of Power and falls in love with Amihan, a fairy Sang'gre from Encantadia who saves his life. La presente historia no es más que una parodia de la famosa trilogía de J.R.R. Tolkien. Esta pequeña "obra", si es que puede llamarse así, bebe de los tres volúmenes que constituyen El Señor de los Anillos, así como de las películas dirigidas por Peter Jackson. Sin embargo, cabe resaltar que también hay elementos tomados del Silmarillion, pero estos se encuentran únicamente en el prólogo. Algunos personajes, tienen su origen en mis antiguos compañeros de clase, por lo que los nombres, (que en algunos casos casos son apodos) obedecen a los apellidos y nombres propios de mis amigos. Por otro lado, las situaciones que aquí se describen, se basan en las diferentes experiencias que compartí con mis amigos, por lo que las acciones y diálogos pueden resultar confusos, estúpidos, e incoherentes. Sin nada más que agregar, espero que disfruten de esta obra magna de la literatura (sarcasmo).

First, there was nothing... Then there were the Ainur, the Valar, and the Maiar. These gods watched over the lands and ensured their safety. But the world grew. More planets and realms appeared, and the gods could no longer watch over the lands. So the gods created the Wizards, and Men. The gods gave each species land to rule, and rule they did. They watched over the lands the best they could. Even so, slowly but surely, evil found its way into the lands. This caused war and death. But the men, and wizards rid the land of the evil and began to create races to watch over the land that they couldn't, to ensure evil could not return. They created the Elemental Nymphs to watch over the forests, and the fairies to watch over the grass lands, and the pixies, to roam the mountains. And also the elves to ensure the lands beauty. Now the pixies live deep in the Fangorn, undisturbed, peaceful, and alone. Until the most unlikely of people come and ask for their help... the prince of the woodland realm himself seeks the pixies help. Because the ring that was thought to be lost in the ground, has been found, and the darkness is creeping back into middle earth, so the pixies join the fellowship to save middle earth, and start the war that will either put the darkness at bay, or put the darkness on top.
