Former New York Detective Ashton Wilder is starting a new journey in the Australian city of Adelaide. He has barely shaken off the jetlag, he and his new partner are thrust into investigating the murder of the captain of a football team. The shadow of John Hibbert was still lingering as Ashton tries to move forward in his life in a new city. The second story in the Ashton Wilder series.
