Nightfallville: The Abandoned Hotel I wish I'd never agreed to go to Nightfallville. Those were the only words running through my mind. If I had known what was waiting for me in that town, I would've turned around the moment I got there. But by then, it was already too late. The whispers grew louder. The world began to spin before my eyes. My legs froze where I stood. I covered my ears with my hands and was about to scream when a boy slowly emerged from the thick fog in front of me. He was about my height. Then he turned around, and what I saw was...

Every night at exactly 2:13 a.m., someone knocked on my door. Three knocks. Knock. Knock. Knock. The first night, I ignored it. The second night, I checked the peephole. Nobody. The third night, I finally opened the door. The hallway was empty. Except for a little girl standing at the end of it. "Are you okay?" I asked. She pointed at my room. "Don't sleep here." Before I could ask why, she disappeared around the corner. I thought it was some kind of prank. Until the next morning, when I asked the hotel receptionist about her. The receptionist went completely pale. "What girl?" "The little girl in the white dress. She was standing outside Room 309." The receptionist stared at me. "Sir... there hasn't been a Room 309 for years." I laughed nervously. "Of course there is. I'm staying in it." She slowly pushed a register toward me. I looked at the room number beside my name. Room 309. Then I noticed something underneath it. A newspaper clipping had been attached to the page. LOCAL FAMILY FOUND DEAD IN HOTEL FIRE - ROOM 309 DESTROYED. The date was exactly twenty years ago. And the photograph showed the little girl I'd seen. I ran upstairs. My door was already open. Inside, everything looked normal. Except for the mirror. Someone had written on it with red letters: YOU FINALLY CAME BACK. My hands started shaking. Then I heard three knocks behind me. Knock. Knock. Knock. I slowly turned around. The little girl was standing in the doorway. She smiled. "You forgot me again." I stared at her.. "I've never seen you before." Her smile disappeared. "Yes, you have." She pointed at the mirror. I looked at my reflection. And froze. The person staring back at me wasn't an adult. It was a little boy. Standing beside the girl. Wearing the same white dress-up shirt from the photograph. Then I remembered. I hadn't checked into the hotel yesterday. I had died here twenty years ago. And Room 309 had been waiting for me to remember.

Chapter One: The House Beyond the Forest Everyone in Blackwood Village knew one rule. **Never enter the abandoned house after sunset.** Nobody knew who had created the rule. Nobody remembered exactly when it began. But every family in the village passed it down from one generation to another. The house stood beyond the forest, where the trees grew so tightly together that even sunlight struggled to reach the ground. It had been abandoned for more than fifty years. Yet every night at exactly midnight, people claimed they could hear two voices coming from inside.

A Horror Story Inspired by Alleged True Accounts "The cruelest demons do not enter a house. They convince you that they have always lived inside you." Elizabeth Grave thought the nightmare was over when she escaped the abandoned church and survived the terrifying mystery of the thirty-nine doors. But some doors were never meant to be opened. Haunted by forgotten memories, a mysterious family legacy, and an ancient entity that has followed her since birth, Elizabeth discovers that the horrors beneath the church were only the beginning. When the Fortieth Door appears, a new mystery unfolds-and this time, Elizabeth isn't the one being hunted. She is the one being summoned. Some doors hide demons. Some hide the dead. And some hide the truth. --- © 2026 XHYCHTT. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Everything within this story-including the entity, its abilities, rituals, characters, and events-is fictional.

There are places we inherit that don't just hold memories-they hold onto us. This is a story about: A house at the edge of a forgotten forest. A mirror that remembers more than it reflects. This story follows Iris, a woman returning to her late mother's home near a dark forest, where an antique mirror awaits her....unmoving, unseen for years, and far from harmless by looks. As reality begins to bend and memories unravel, Iris must uncover the truth behind her inheritance before the reflection staring back begins to move on its own. IRIS POV: When I returned to my mother's home, I expected silence, maybe grief. But what I found was something older. Older than what I knew. She waits in glass with patient breath, A whispered name, a borrowed death. They say some mirrors are just glass and silver. But some are doors. And some are traps. What began as a homecoming became a haunting. What I thought I knew of my mother began to splinter, like light on broken glass. Not all who stare into the mirror see themselves. Some see the one who's been watching back... Step quietly. She's listening.

THE EXORCISM OF ELIZABETH GRAVE. (Book Two) Three months after Elizabeth Grave vanished, the nightmare should have ended. The church is gone. The doors are sealed. Elizabeth is presumed dead. But strange doors have begun appearing throughout the town-inside abandoned houses, empty hospital corridors, forests, and places where no door should exist. Then Ethan Cole discovers a black key marked with a single number: 40. His search for Elizabeth leads him beneath the ruins of the old church, where he discovers forty doors standing in a chamber that should not exist. Thirty-nine are black. The fortieth is Red. Behind it, Elizabeth is still alive. But she isn't the same woman who disappeared. Something followed her through the door-something ancient, merciless, and far more powerful than the entity they encountered before. As people begin disappearing, dead bodies begin moving, voices emerge from empty rooms, and impossible events spread throughout the town, Ethan realizes that the doors were never meant to keep demons out. They were keeping something in. And Elizabeth has always been part of the lock. Now the Fortieth Door is opening. And whatever waits behind it has finally learned how to enter our world. Some doors should never be opened. But the fortieth was never meant to stay closed.
