My name is Tamara and I soon will turn 18. I've been depressed since I was 12 years old. Last year I got hospitalized and started my recovery. It's hard, but I will never stop saving myself. I found some quotes or poems on the internet and wanted to share that with you guys. I hope you like it ^-^

Man has got many troubles he sometimes falls but due to God's grace He find a way to heal the relationship John 3:16- For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. But is true that his grace is sufficient? Does His Holy scripture lie to us? And if it doesn't why all this temptations leading to our fall while God's grace is always sufficient. Feb. 21. 2013 I was sent to a hospital for a psychiatric stay, there I was placed on Floor Seven and was not allowed to leave for 8 days. This is a tale about my stay there and the people I met along with the experiences I had while staying in that psych ward. Keep in mind, not all of it is 100% true because it was 2 years ago and I can't remember every detail but this book is mostly true and it is my personal experience.
