On a bustling, snow-covered day in the city, fifteen-year-old Kaito heads out with his closest friends, Sora and Lily, looking forward to a warm, comforting lunch together. As they walk through the busy streets, chaos suddenly unfolds: a young girl stands unknowingly in the middle of the road, her mother distracted and unaware of the danger. A massive truck barrels toward her, fast and out of control. While everyone around freezes or screams in horror, Kaito doesn't hesitate. He sprints straight toward the child, ignoring his friends' desperate shouts to stop. He grabs her, throwing her safely to the side of the road-just as the truck hits him hard. He is thrown several meters away, his glasses shattered, bright blue eyes widening as blood stains the white snow beneath him. Lily collapses in tears, and Sora frantically calls for help, but it is already too late. Lying there, his vision fading and turning pale, Kaito whispers softly to himself: "At least I saved someone... She has a whole longer life ahead of her... worth more than mine." By the time the ambulance arrives, his pulse is gone. The nurse confirms what everyone fears-he is gone. Lily weeps uncontrollably, clinging to his still body, as the city's cold winter air wraps around the tragic moment. Everything goes black for Kaito... until a soft, gentle glow appears. A voice, warm and full of kindness-the Light of Hope-speaks to him, telling him his life ended far too soon, that his courage and kindness deserved more. It offers him a second chance: a new life, in a whole different world, where magic, myth, and wonders exist beyond imagination. Wrapped in a shining aura, his old life fades away... and his incredible new journey begins.
