Hello, my precious humans! I will like to share my experiences about my personal growth and what I have to learn from my past. This will talk about breaking the cycles of unhealthy behaviors, accountability, healing, boundaries, families, parenting, relationships, and friendships. I will be sharing short stories as well. I do human coaching. I am not a licensed therapist. Those are advices and opinion based that are put in perspectives to help others learn from their mistakes and help understand others past experience. Those writings are going to be very blunt and truthful. I do not sugar coat anything. It's your decision if you want to take it or leave it. That is up to you. Enjoy reading! Author's note:- My book "Reflections" is a collection of poems that reflect hard times hence where the title arrives from, This book will keep getting updates from time to time as more poems are written. Each poem has an abstract title and very deep meaning so I hope you enjoy reading.
