There, Minho was stripped of his name and given a number instead: 122. For twenty-three long years, he remained confined, isolated from the world, his humanity slowly eroded by fear and silence. Now twenty-six, he struggles to speak in full sentences, his voice limited to small, broken words. Years of captivity taught him that silence meant safety, and speech could bring pain.
