What happens when 98% of the earth is water. Everyday the water gets higher and there's less ground to live on. There's not enough food for everyone... Unless you're lucky enough to live on top of the hill. That's where the rich people live. The people who don't have to fight for their lives every single day. Ayla, 21 years old, is one of the unfortunate. She has to live on one of the lowest points of the hill. Everyday she has to fight to get food for her family. If the water keeps rising, she won't be able to live there anymore, but moving up is not an option. You stay where you were born. That's the rule. Jinhwan on the other hand was born on the right side. He grew up without having to worry about the water rising. But when he turned 20 he got to go outside the fence to see the lower point of the hill. It's been 4 years now, and he's still trying to find a way to save everyone from the water rise, including the downhill people. But you can't save everyone... especially when your uncle is the reason of all of this.
