At a joint birthday party for himself and the United States of America, Dr. Pierce gets a very unexpected visitor from his past and makes a decision that will change his future.

A disturbing patient interrupts psychiatrist Dr. Pierce's Thanksgiving dinner at the asylum. He'll need help from unlikely allies if he's to make it back in time for dessert.
