Malia Hayden-Gilmore has always been different from her family. She isn't always studying or having her nose to a book. She likes to go out with her friends. She doesn't have a coffee addiction, she actually hates it, instead, she likes tea or hot cocoa. She doesn't always eat junk food, she likes healthy food too, but that doesn't mean she doesn't eat as much as they. She isn't socially awkward or super shy. She loves cooking and baking and dancing and music. But just because she's different doesn't mean she's any less smart. Maila gets straight A's. She is the best in her year and ahead in her work in all of her class. She loves her family to death, but that doesn't mean they always get along. She and Rory are opposites despite being twins. She might be Lorelai's daughter, but she looks more like Christopher, so they don't get along much. Her relationship with Christopher is practically non-existent and will always stay that way. [I dont own the plot of Gilmore girls or the show. As much as I wish I did, I don't. I do own my character, Malia, and all my other oc's and their story lines]

A rewrite of stranger things season 5 volume 2 and 3 from Mike's pov!! I will be going episode by episode and only including the scenes Mike is in, rewritten through my understanding of him as a repressed closeted queer kid. I have added the byler we deserve but kept the plot and content mostly consistent with what happens in the episodes. I will most definitely be changing the finale though, do not fret. I will likely not be able to address all plot holes because... honestly, I don't know where to even start with some. Also, plot writing isn't my strong suit... and my memory for previous seasons is a bit rusty. I'm hoping despite this I can still do these volumes justice. I think the most important thing is that the outcasts will be getting a much better ending because I am a strong believer that these are the people who need happy endings most. And I believe the Duffers heavily contradicted their own messaging with that finale. Anyways, please enjoy my deep dive into Michael Wheeler's confusing brain. I love him so much and relate to him oh so very deeply as a once very closeted queer kid myself. So please be kind and remember this is just for fun <3

hello! this book was originally made for @ForeverSokeefe 's KotLC writing challenge. Even though I don't really read kotlc anymore, I do like writing and the reason I don't really read it is mainly bc I'm not a huge fan of the writing style, or the characters (no hate pls). So I decided to make up my own characters, change Shannon Messenger's characters a bit, and write a spin off!

Oliver Paddock is your average, everyday, awkward young adult, living in a shabby apartment with his slacker friend in the "OK" city of Darwin, Los Angeles. You could say he lives a pretty normal life, although he is still trying to fit in with society. That goal will be harder to reach once he wakes up, though, as he'll find that he has...fur?...big ears?!...PAWS?! But it isn't just him...IT'S ALL OF HUMANITY!

What did he promise them? Some did not-why? What convinced them to stay on the right side? How do they know it's the side they want to fight for? Are there any who regret either decision? What friendships, what relationships were torn apart? Since Gilly is a cute, blind little child, I have decided to form my own one-shots of how the students of FTRS may have been affected. Many have dismissed the possibility of alien life, and humans have colonized the solar system without any evidence of alien life in the year of 2895, so really, no one's worrying about or expecting life in the nearby star system. Plus, Echo Belaricai has been hoping this would happen, and when she is offered a spot on a mining cargo carrier, she can't refuse! It may seem like the opportunity of the century, but as we follow her voice logs, we start to suspect that maybe there really IS something lurking in the stars...
