Alexa was just your typical teenager. She was popular, funny, kind and everyone loved her. Her personality made her friends with pretty much everyone. She was happy and life was going just the right way. Alexa then started to have sharp pains in her chest and had difficulty breathing at times but it was nothing, right? Wrong, Alexa had cancer that was incurable. Will she keep the heartbreaking news to herself? She finds herself falling for school's notorious bad boy, Tyler. Two critically ill teens who have been friends since before they could remember. Now they are falling in love, but, they know they can't. They were born to die. Peyton is a sixteen year old with a deeply loving soul. Her storm grey eyes say it all. From her bold but sweet attitude to her articulate ways of being herself and helping others. The soothing words and engrained passion for standing up for what is right and helping others is something to fall in love with. Her sensitivity and softness is so special. Cohen is a seventeen year old with a smooth and articulate way of speaking and way of cracking jokes and being so charismatic. He is so warm-hearted and wants what is right. His love for others and soft-spoken wisdom is something to fall head-over-heels for. He is super supportive and listens very well to your words. Both have never seen their parents since they joined floor thirteen. Peyton lost hers to a mayday with a plane and Cohen hasn't seen his because of the no visitors policy. They've been friends since they can remember. But, the one catch? They were born to die. Both being critically ill has it's flaws. There's no way to tell what's going to happen to them and there is definitely no way to know how long they will survive. This is only the beginning for these two.

Don’t lose hope, the voice in my mind repeats the words of the doctors over and over. The doctors lie. I will never get better. All hope is long drained. It’s been ten years, ten excruciatingly long years, and I am finally done. I’m breaking out of this joint.

16 year old Lucille Dun gets diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and has less than a month to live. All she wants is a normal life so she makes the tough decisions of not telling her friends. See how her perspective changes after she finds out about her 2-3 week death time limit and how her friends react when she leaves a note for them after her death day. (My writing skills are better than my descriptive skills) Really sad story, it's based off a dream i had. I'm not to sure if these facts about cancer are true or not but I tried to do some research on it. But this story is mostly made for the reveal of the notes and not as much of other genres.

I'm finally going home' Sighing with relief, she began drifting away. Then, the once vibrant room contained her no longer" What if the visions you see at night were the key to enter another world? What if the voices they hear are not a result of a mental disorder? What if everything you wanted in life can be attained just by closing your eyes?
