Aurora selalu merasa bingung dengan perasaannya sendiri. Ada saat-saat ketika ia meyakinkan dirinya bahwa ia tidak membutuhkan cinta dari siapa pun. Bahwa ia cukup kuat untuk berdiri sendiri, tanpa bergantung pada kehadiran atau perasaan orang lain. Namun, di saat yang lain, keinginan itu kembali datang tanpa bisa ia cegah-keinginan untuk dicintai, dipahami, dan merasa bahwa ia tidak benar-benar sendirian. Perasaannya terus berubah, terombang-ambing di antara penolakan dan kebutuhan. Seolah ada perang yang tak pernah usai di dalam hatinya. Ia ingin menjaga jarak, tetapi diam-diam mendambakan kedekatan. Ia ingin terlihat kuat, tetapi jauh di dalam dirinya ada bagian yang lelah menanggung semuanya seorang diri. Aurora tidak pernah menjadi seperti ini tanpa alasan. Luka, kehilangan, dan berbagai keadaan yang pernah ia lalui perlahan membentuknya. Hingga kini, ia hidup dengan hati yang penuh pertanyaan-tentang cinta, tentang dirinya sendiri, dan tentang apakah seseorang benar-benar mampu bertahan tanpa pernah merasa ingin dicintai.
