There was a time when comfort came easily. When fears disappeared with a conversation, dreams felt limitless, and home could be found in places no one else could see. But growing up has a way of replacing wonder with worry, trust with caution, and innocence with silence. My Imaginary Friend is a journey back to the child who believed without fear, loved without conditions, and found safety in imagination. It is for anyone who has ever missed a version of themselves they can never truly return to. Perhaps the people we miss the most aren't always others. Sometimes... they are the people we used to be.

Some homes are loud. Some homes are full. Some homes are both-and still leave you feeling invisible. If you've ever felt unseen in your own family, this story will stay with you. Unlearning Home is not a story about broken walls, but about the quiet cracks no one talks about. Growing up in a house filled with people, expectations, and unspoken rules, she learns early how to stay silent, how to wait, how to take up less space. But what happens when you begin to question everything you were taught to accept? Unlearning Home is a raw, introspective memoir about growing up in a family where love existed-but so did control, silence, and invisible hierarchies. This is a story about family, power, and love- and the slow, painful process of unlearning what once felt like home. This isn't about running away from home. It's about realizing what "home" really was.

Gemini's life used to have rhythm - the delicate balance between her music, her friends, and the quiet path she built for herself. But in one moment, that rhythm is shattered. A sudden crash steals not only her future but also her past. When she opens her eyes again, the world greets her with faces she cannot name and a reflection she does not recognize. Everyone around her insists she's "Gemini," the girl who played violin and smiled softly at sunsets - yet to her, that name feels like it belongs to someone else. Now, she must learn to live as a stranger within her own life, piecing together fragments of a melody she no longer remembers how to play. It's a story about losing yourself - and the quiet, painful beauty of trying to find who you are again.
